This year in particular, Terror in the Corn scare actor Kaleb Brandon noticed the addition of a giant clock tower has added to the spooky ambience. The corn maze has remained one of the most popular attractions over the years, becoming longer and more intricate. Considering there are over 25 acres to get lost in and it’s more than easy to spend your whole day in these crops alone. Scavenger hunts are included throughout the maze, so that customers stay occupied by solving riddles and looking for the next clue throughout the troublesome paths.
The various foods also add to the experience, “there are a lot of food trucks” stated another visitor, that being said the different styles of food trucks are placed in a neat line for your convenience. The food ranges from different styles of classic American entrées while there are also prepackaged snacks and goodies within the gift shop. From apple cider to corn dogs, pickles, funnel cake, burgers, and more, you can trust there will be something you’ll enjoy after a long day of experiencing farm ground fun.
Within the gift shop, there is an assortment of souvenirs worth purchasing as a reminder of this memorable season that only comes once a year. For those looking for something with more thrill, the Terror In The Corn haunted corn maze isn’t for the faint of heart featuring hundreds of devoted actors plastered with makeup and fake blood galore.
Kaleb Brandon praised how long the maze is, “it’s a mile long and it’s in a cornfield, where most haunted attractions are in a warehouse.” This 45 minute walk takes you through an assortment of different times in history with a dark twist.
“Terror In The Corn was easily the longest part I went to, it was the haunted house section and was pretty scary” Eli Griffin claims after visiting the park for the fourth time. A haunted maze, a creepy dollhouse and fog filled rooms doesn’t even scratch the surface of the chilling scares.
